They may have dumped their product into the pipe before they reduced prices. But I see what you are getting at. In any event,
there is a bubble in the inventory pipeline that should not be as large next quarter. Their inventory turns are still musch lower than DELL's.

The question in my mind is whether DELL's margins jumped up this quarter?

Do you think it would be possible to put together an input/output model of the PC industry based on their balence financials and suppliers? This could be very useful in predicting the effects of different reported events on their earnings of a company.
