Well, yeah, but the Pentagon Papers revealed that the Gulf of Tonkin incident had been a set-up LIE to drag us into the Vietnam war. That the body counts were systematically inflated. That we'd bombed Cambodia. That we'd assassinated the South Vietnamese leader and replaced him with our guy.

Nothing like that here.

I've been watching all the seasons of The Tudors that I'd missed. I think it's as good as Rome.

It's really hard to LIKE the main character, Henry VIII, because he was such a self involved, self-loving asshole. Exactly the type of person who should never be allowed to have power over others.

Maybe Rome would have been the same if they'd gotten to Caligula.<g>
