BC, I did not see your earlier post, but I am familiar with those numbers. And I acknowledge that you and Koan are in an under appreciated, but very necessary field. It is sad that the public lumps so many of you into the same bag. In my work in the San Francisco Bay Area, and beyond (but almost always in urban areas) I found that a very high percentage of brokers and agents were exceptionally talented, well educated, and thoroughly professional in their dealings with the public.
