Don't forget those sticks at the bottom of the chart. They're telling a different tale. (i.e, bigger sticks are red, lesser sticks are green).

Overthrows are common, even routine now. 1-2% cross of a line very often gets reversed in the HFT world we now reside in. Don't get too hung up on very narrow definitions of support and resistence, that has not worked for a loooong time.
