If you made the model, then I think, practically, what I said it equally applicable -- your trading model is how is a guidepost, a summary of metrics, rather solely what you trade off ot.. It's only a self-disciplined model if you consistently follow it. Otherwise, it's just another metric to trade off. I'm being a little hyperbolic. But you get my point -- I dont understand shorting your model when you have a confirmed buy signal, without suggestion today that there would not be follow through. Since the buy signal is confirmed, assumptions should be made that the model is correct if it truly is a modeL. Otherwise, it's just a "butt'a face."

In any event, I am not discounting your system, I just misunderstood your use of what I understood to be strict model that you only defied, whether going neutral or opposite of, for brief periods of time, taking limited risk.

But whatever, I hope it works for you, as it sounds like it does.
