At a Town Hall meeting, Rep. Pete Stark was vague and unclear about E-verify, the existing on-line system managed by the Federal Government allowing businesses to immediately check the immigration status of people applying for a job in America.

Rep. Stark compared E-Verify to the Arizona Immigration Law, saying that it was unfair, and questioned its constitutionality. He said that 'it might unfairly stop someone from getting a job'.

obama has created depts and boards of review to study crap endlessly - they produce nothing but paper. If he's a big green economy guy where's the windfarm, the nuke plant he should be building - instead he invests in more studies - read headcount that produces nothing that must eventually be funded or cut by future evil administrations.
