Thanks for the post. It is always nice to discuss science not rumor with you. By definition, a "hormone replacement" is something existing in the body of a normal person but missing in a patient and you add back in again like AMLN's pramlintide. A "add on" drug is something you add to a patient body (doesn't matter whether it is natural or not) which does not exist in the body of a normal person at the concentration you add in, and which under normal condition does not perform the function of your intended therapeutic purpose like Rezulin.
