Skeeter, I've always found GTW's marketing staff helpful. The problem was always what happened after you bought the computer: ie, endless waits on the telephone, 20 year old kids calling you by your first name when you called to ask them a question (maybe that's just my pet peeve), etc. I recently, called to order an upgrade for my computer and as usual found the sales person very helpful. Ah, but their lack of a sensible business and marketing plan. That's something else.
