Here is a picture of Omar and a news video of his trashy girlfriend defending him! wfsb.com How disgusting! According to the FBI's Uniform Crime Index, Omar's demographic commits the highest rate of violent crime in the U.S., by far, including homicide, rape, assault, battery, theft, and armed robbery. According to the Centers for Disease Control, Omar's demographic also has the highest percentage, by far, of STDs, including HIV/AIDS, in the U.S. According to every metric in existence, Omar was literally a walking, talking, ticking time bomb! Predictably, he went off sooner rather than later. The warning signs are there! People simply need to learn to manage their personal and business risks better! "Omar" had absolutely no business whatsoever working at that factory. I would bet the farm that he was hired so that the company could could satisfy an affirmative action quota requirement of the union, the state, and the federal government! When the factory manager saw clear video evidence of Omar stealing merchandise, the proper course of action would have been for him to immediately notify the police of the robbery, then press charges, and then fire him for cause! The improper course of action, which was unfortunately taken, was to call Omar in and politely ask him to resign! The proper action would have resulted in an arrest. The improper action resulted in eight brutal homicides before the thug was finally eliminated! One cannot emphasize the importance of personal risk management enough! Take heed, America! Be sure to know the kinds of people who are around you! The warning signs are plain for everyone to see in the metrics!
