TNAV - actually company says "Weighted-average diluted shares outstanding are expected to be 45 to 46 million." for September quarter (and the June count was ~42M).

SBX @8.01$ - more "Fallobst". Insurer showed a surprise loss due to reserve increase. If it's a one time dealm this outfit is cheap at 1/2 tangible book. Stock has a history of crashes and speedy recoveries.

Issues seem manageable per CC but it seems it will take a little:
