I appreciate your comment on Apple, but that's not why I posted the quote from Apple Recon about JavaOS. I fully expect Rhapsody to be a major success story, whether it is orchestrated by Apple or any other of a number of companies including IBM and Microsoft. Consequently, my concern is what Rhapsody's success will do to JavaOS--whether Rhapsody will limit JavaOS's usefulness, or whether JavaOS can somehow sit on top of Rhapsody. In the long run, if the answer is the former it will probably not be good for Borland. I don't understand the interrelationships here enough to answer the question myself.
