Never heard of Roulston so I looked him up. Is he a good guy, do you subscribe? Do not know much about Roulston.

I think most stock upgrades and downgrades are a joke because they often reflect what has already happened and are just catch up.

You are correct most are jokes! I do not pay much attention to upgrades and downgrades they are meaningless 99% of the time IMO. Like LUK says they upgrade then they downgrade then they upgrade anyone who makes a sell decision on an upgrade or downgrade is smoking something. My favorite is when they put a sell recommendation on a stock then a little time goes by then they put it as hold, how the hell do you hold something you sold. All the Imperial price targets seem a little rosey to me. Just like AZC you cannot find an analyst under $4 dollars and they had these price targets when AZC sunk to 1.40. They should be buying instead of letting everyone know what they believe the stock is worth.

Checked the Yahoo calendar today for LUK because I got some incorrect info from the yahoo LUK board saying they were reporting Monday. I guess you cannot trust everything you read from a msg board. Anyways they have LUK reporting sometime tomorrow.

One of my smaller holding MBC.to had crazy volume the last few days but especially today did not go up much but the volume waqs off the charts.

No, I don't subscribe. Roulston is thought to have a good insight as a geologist. I don't know what his track record is like.

Timing wise, the road shows and community meetings come to an end mid October. Assuming approval for the power line follows immediately afterward, with shovels in the ground, III will have to have financing lined up as it is their intention to have the mine built by completion of the power line, so when the power line is completed, they can tie and and "throw the switch" at Red Chris. This will involve pre-stripping, construction of the mill and tailings storage. If I am correct, the stock could make a good move within the next couple of months to facilitate financing. I expect financing could be a combination of:

1) bringing in a major as partner
2) common share sale (least likely as control block will not want to put "control on the street")
3)debt in the form of preferred shares and or debentures of some kind
