Not yet - I have twin 16 year old half asian girls that are now costing me a small fortune in car insurance. They currently have 4.0 GPA's and I doubt they'll have much trouble and I've told them to keep an eye out for scholarships for females and Asians so they can benefit if such things exist when they're ready for college. They know all about the system and I've told to claim white when it's an advantage and asian at other times. I wish those preferences didn't exist - but I intend to use them if they turn up. I don't consider that "gunpoint" just un-equal law - I do however consider forced health insurance an at gunpoint issue - since I can't choose not to be covered.
