DOW, why bulldoze them? if you do that, it's like cash for clunkers. it would be the same principle. why destroy homes that are still usable and have value, just because they are still over-priced?

let the price fall to it's natural level. people will then buy cheaper houses and will have extra money to save or invest. those things will be good for the economy.

Wouldn't it be less expensive to drain the oil, pour sodium silicate into the crank case, and run them until they seize up???
