Duke,

The Commission is not concerned about the Indiana contract.

We are very positive about many other long term developments that will have major impacts on the company and it's price performance going forward. Not to overuse a phrase......but IDX will have it's day.

Many have not noticed that there has been a large increase in the short position over the last few months. I expect that at the next reporting, this number will be over 1 million shares. Although some might say this is bad news....we believe that it will help price performance once the market figures out what IDX is doing to insure their role as a major biometric company. The Commission perhaps notices the company building moves by IDX more than most....because we look for them. What we see makes us feel comfortable with our investments.

We believe that the relationship with NEC is strong, although we understand that many will dispute it. We can point to pictures of our equipment on NEC's web-pages and joint development projects......but it does no good......the 2 cents a share gets the attention. What should not be ignored today....is that the NEC 21 series afis just replaced the Printrak afis in Indiana. That alone is a breakthrough....as switching over to a different brand of afis is a difficult and expensive decision....as I understand it. We believe that NEC has a darn good afis....and a darn good Ten-Printer.

I hope we here more from IDX about our future with NEC, Sylvan, Oracle, CA, EDS, and all of the others.......It would be nice to have a daily up-date. Since that will not be happening, we must wait for up-dates from IDX. We choose to believe that there are many positive things going on at IDX.......and are more than willing to take the heat for being positive about a stock that many are calling a dog and a hype job. So the Commission maintains it's double table-pounding buy on IDX and reminds everyone that the Commission may just be correct......in which case, we will be "Top Dog".
