Skin color has absolutely no relevance to the operations of a health care system, culture does. You just have to go to Skåne in South-Sweden to find out: This is old Danish country, captured by Sweden, kept separated from Denmark in 200 years, whereafter the culture in Skåne turned 100% Swedish, even though the people were direct descendants of Danes living in Skåne.

There are some huge debates in Europe about immigrations, and the word "racist" often comes along, but it is never about genes or Skin color, it is always about culture.

This guy, born of a Syrian woman and a Palestinian father, is seen as a 100% Danish guy by the Danes, unlike a person from Malmö, 20km east of Copenhagen. He has the word democracy tattooed on his arm, using Arabic letters:

khader.dk

This guy, born in Denmark, is usually not considered to be of Danish culture, mainly because of his association with people that have un-danish opinions:

awp.nu

Both are muslims.
