If any branch of government should fight to the death to preserve the balance of power, it should be the judiciary. That does not seem to be the case.

The voters sometime balk and revolt - like the anti-Obamacare proposition in Missouri. So its "best" if the liberal elite just has judges IMPOSE the liberal will on us peasants.
