The cost basis is as follows:
33.58% to Odetics and 66.42% to ATL of your Odetics original cost.
That is, if you paid $10 for Odetics your cost will be: $ 3.36 for Odetics and $6.64 for ATL.
I will not sell either Odetics or ATL now, but will wait for much higher prices.

Based on your cost of $13.50 for Odetics,your new cost for ATL and Odetics are :

ATL= $8.97 Odetics $4.53

Right now you have a profit on both companies.
