There are no official advices from our national bank on problems with the U.S. banking system.

One of the official advices that we get about China, is that it can be very difficult to get money out of China. The official advice says, that many companies in China fake accounting papers in order to be able to transfer money into illegal banks in order to get money out of China. In order to produce these fake accounting papers, there are companies who specialize in faking these. I'm not sure what "illegal banks" means, but they seem to be widespread and they seem to work well.

I have no idea about the scale of the problem, but it is obviously enough to warn western companies about it.
