Richard: If Charters was simply a fool, why wasn't he warning us about IPM being a scam during the period when the price was rising? Why? Because at the time the shorties wanted the price to rise. No, he showed up just when the report is imminent and he and his shorties buddies are getting desperate. Richard, IMO, Charters is in on it, and he will have to answer to the SEC along with his buddies. Tick Tock, Shorties.
