So why did no one demand that he recuse himself for being gay? Were the lawyers so worried about political correctness they did not bother? In fact why nothing about this on Drudge or Rush? Ok I only listened to Rush for a few minutes when his show started. But you would think this would have been the first thing he mentioned.

The Bush's seem to be the only ones who "made mistakes" in their judicial appointments. I didn't see Clinton nominate any accidental conservatives and I certainly haven't see Odumbhole nominate any accidentally either. I detested many of the liberal shit both Bush's pushed especially regarding firearms or threats to resign an assault weapons ban and Bush I for caving on taxes.
