what say you...how about a 13 year old? a 12 year old? a 14 year old? just where is the line to be drawn?

whatever????....how about fido or a horse? just where is the line to be drawn?

I was referring to adults and probably shouldn't have been so general.

The lines have already been drawn that cover a multitude of offenses.

There's already laws on the books about children, beastiality, and polygamy.

Enacting another law to control human behavior goes just so far. The laws don't stop the child molesters, they just provide the punishment for when they're caught.

Enact a law prohibiting a same sex couple from marrying each other and they do it anyway. How is the government going to punish them? Give them 90 lashes? Put them in jail?

What is society supposed to do with the hundreds of thousands of gays who want the same life everyone else has? Reprogram them, or do what Iran does - they hang them in public from a crane.

When someone commits a sin, as that woman in Iran did when she committed adultery (not proven but alleged by her husband), she got 90 lashes and has been sentenced to being stoned to death.

How much power should a government have?
