His last post was to me on the Golf thread from the hospital. 49 years old.

He turned 50 in April. Far too young to be leaving this world.

My wife, daughter and I stopped and spent a night with them in 2007 on the way back from a family reunion. They took us out on the boat and Jeff's wife helped my daughter catch some fish.

He will be missed.
