Curly: Buyers and short coverers are poised with their fingers on the trigger. It just occurred to me that in a fairly stable market a 2pt move in either direction could cause a massive buying spree! By stable I mean anything but a general slide. Bruce

Curly: The arrest of the lovely lady seems to be on New York statutes as the DA is handling it. The FEDS will either issue separate charges or make a deal. HeHe....Well I think they should have some guidance: "and other corporate activity that would affect a company's stock. " Key words for our interest. It also states that MS is cooperating fully. This is the second MS to go down in a short time...two months I think....maybe I am wrong, but I thought a younger employee got nailed recently. Soft underbellies exposed as folks roll over...<G> I may be that if something was indeed ...er...less than ethical...going on with CYMER...this woman would know! Bruce
