Re: Gus, I believe in minimal government, not anarchy. Disaster relief falls under one of the few functions government ought to do, and do efficiently. Likewise, controlling/policing the borders is among the "few functions a government ought to do"... except in the US where gun-toting, hispanophobic civilians have taken the patrolling of the US-Mexican border into their own hands --the so-called Minutemen.
