I covered two shorts (SPY and CME), plus I was lucky in buying ANDE yesterday near the close and flipping it this AM. But I was thinking all afternoon I would cover in the afternoon because why would anyone in their right mind go short on a Friday when the market's down. Everyone knows the markets will be up on Monday, as they almost always are. That plus a lot of folks aren't even around, plus the usual HFT bs meant down 4.13 even though another data point says the economy is tanking again. All the big boys have to do is juice futures starting in Asia Sunday night and we'll be up at least 10 on the SP before the open.
