There has been a lot of talk condemning the management. But here is an interesting comparison: AOL vs ASND. AOL has poooooor service, pooooooor management that has been investigated and sued over and over, lots of competition. Why does AOL enjoy an astronomically high PE?

Could ASND have gone to LU for its 56flex? I don't know the time table of 56flex, but I
do believe LU's products have better quality maybe? I have had 6 modems, only one
from ROK and made in Mexico, had to return it after 1 day's trial.

Pass Pass,

I believe the consortium was LU and ROK. I believe the initial release was given to ROK. LU was focusing on other market issues. I agree LU is a vastly superior company but I also believe they left the final details to ROK in this case. Therefore, ASND had no choices. David U and Jeffery Forrest understand this sequence of time better than I.
They show here at times and I hope they see your question.
