Hi Wats. The junior mining game is not a pleasant place to be these days is it? I track quite a few threads but only post occasionally to a few. The impression that I have is that tempers are wearing very thin, just about in line with the downward trend in the VSE chart. Not surprising I suppose. I think that there are very few threads that have reason to be joyful right now. Perhaps it will get only worse, who knows. I fully agree with Rook that perhaps we will see some appreciation during the golden months, if they arrive this year. We may however see some more errosion prior to any recovery. Not a pleasant thought. Here is the list of options as per Stockwatch: Feb 11, /97 180,000 @ .37 April 2, /97 250,000 @ .41 June 27, /97 300,000 @ .22 July 23, /97 240,000 @ .21 Aug 26, /97 400,000 @ .23 Sept 23, /97 210,000 @ .29 Oct 29, /97 100,000 @ .28 Total 1,680,000 Avg .28 Something to be considered by everyone is the fact that the stock closed at .22 on Friday 20% below the average price of the options. My point is that we are all free (if we wish and have the balls) to buy stock at a price below the average for the options. If we do not make money, then they do not make money. It is as simple as that. Of course they could start re-pricing the options and playing other games but I have seen no indication of that to this point. The juniors are a dangerous place, perhaps to describe it as "a den of thieves" as I have read is not entirely without justification. However we were all free to make our own decisions, both for the original purchase as well as the date we wish to sell. I think that you will recall my concerns prior to becoming a shareholder. After much serious thought I felt that I could get in at .32 and make money. I still think that will happen, however I (to take a quote from Rook) could be dead wrong. Sorry to be so long winded but I do not think that it is beneficial to dwell on some of the negative aspects, although I admit that there are a few. I am not so sure that the problem rests with AMS, more likely the exchange rules that allow these things to happen. If it reaches a point where they cross the line and break the rules then I will get very upset and consider action. Until then I have to remind myself that I must take responsibility for my own decisions. All the best, Dan
