Really? I doubt that. The court case, (well-funded on both sides, introduced into evidence nearly every bit of academic evidence that either side could come up with as far as peer-reviewed studies, long-term longitudinal studies, etc., etc.), allowed BOTH sides to introduce into evidence ALL THE BEST studies that are available supporting either side's position. And the 128 page long decision lists every single one of them, and concluded from that evidence presented exactly the opposite....
