Friday the S&P 500 closed at 927.51.
The Fair Value you computed stands at 834.59.
Soooooo (drum roll, please)....
The market is currently 11.1% overvalued on the Fed's model.

Premier,

Do you really believe that the federal model, using as the denominator,
a 10-yr bond rate has any bearing to reality. But then, maybe that's
why Buffett is buying bonds.

If anyone has access to the ibes figure, it sure would be helpful!
