PPCO was up 16.15% at 10:50am but is up only 11.16% and volume is now close to 10x its ADV.<g>

No further news that I am aware. and although I have done some buying, I am not responsible for the heavy volume.<G>

The ACTAY is $5
But with some further good news it seems that the stock could still double from present levels.<g>

The EE for 2010 & 2011 are around $0.88 & $1.30 vs. the loss of $0.04 in 2009

The short ratio had increased 4% lately and was about 7x its ADV.<g>

And the insiders that hold > 40% of the stock and recently got control of the board have a good record of their moves on previous acquisitions.<g>

Well, PPCO continued to gain AHs, but ENDO made an all cash offer at $5, which was the ACTAY level.

However, there are some law firms planning to start class action and investigate if the PPCO's Board breached their fiduciary duties by entering into the agreement to be acquired at that price, since it seems that with the EE and the royalty payments that were due from ENDO, the $5 wasn't that fair.<g>

I can't complain about the % of the short term gain, but I still had a higher target.
