re GFRE - it is apparent that there is a lot of concern about the integrity of the financial statements- the fact that the filing of he 10Q is delayed certainly added to that. Last year, they filed at 8/10 - this year they are apparently later.

There is also the overhand from the S3 filing - how much and how will they raise and for what purpose? 120M$ is almost 40% of the current market cap, so we are not talking chickensh$t here.
