I don't consider English or History a bullshit degree if the student has ambition and the grades are high. More than half will go to grad school while the other half will probably find gainful employment. If they can demonstrate energy and an ability to learn things quickly, there's a good job waiting. Notwithstanding that, my son is majoring in information systems and my daughter is doubling in economics/psychology (as you know), so I think my money is not being wasted.
