Ron-See my most recent posting about Ntaif.
The reasons I sold Deswell:
1.Ntaif might sell more Deswell shares.
2.Ntaif's weak qtr and my assessment of 1998,ex acquisitions.I was
concerned that Ntaif's orders would decrease.
3.The state of the Japanese economy continues to worsen(Sanyo
Securities, banks, property values and the stock market).
All of these factors came together for me on Friday and I decided
to sell and take a very small loss).
Deswell is a good company and has a number of positives going for it.
I certainly do not feel the same way about it as I do about Ntaif.
I hope you make a killing on the warrants.

David
