I think the one thing that we will see is a lack of broad based recovery. It will definitely by a stock pickers markets more than ever. Interesting, I heard the word stagflation used this weekend for the first time in a long time. I am not sure the conditions are right for it quite just yet. It sounded more like a fear as opposed to a serious option right now. Let see what the Fed does in a few hours. I doubt the democrats announce a new stimulus package in the coming weeks, but given that this is a mid-term election year and the low rating of the democrates in the polls anything is possible. It does not cost them anything to promise the world and not deliver.
