I have been responding to two people as well. You and Wats. Count em.:-)))

The "in my opinion" (which seems to be greatly unappreciated) innocent comment that I thought I had made has certainly resulted in a lot of work. Actually it is probably best that these concerns of yourself and any others that share them, be expressed and debated. Hopefully something good will come of it. I don't think we differ so much in philosophy, just the level of anger/frustration that we are holding for AMS. Don't get too far ahead of me, if there is not some appreciation in the New Year I will catch up - REAL FAST!

For now I am considering the season, general market conditions, etc.

R:"Yes, but we lose money and they don't by simply not exercising their options. In fact, they still make money
from the generous salaries and other perks they have awarded themselves".

I have no knowledge of the salaries and perks, but am interested in the details if you will share them.

R:"I never said you were dead wrong about the price of the stock going up. I only said you were dead wrong
when dismissing AMS's actions as typical".

I still think they are typical, but I'll give you one. They may be the biggest "pigs" in the pen.

R:"???!!! Most companies set an option price at the beginning of their year and they stick by it. The
management of AMS, on the other hand continuously takes advantage of the drops in price. If this doesn't
shake your trust in them, I don't know what will".

One thing you have to admit, they seem to set the option price at the beginning of the month and they stick by it!! :-)))

I also loved your comment "blue ribbon pigs". That may prove to be a classic.

Last comment - I have never stated and hopefully never implied that I have huge trust in them. I bought because I thought that at some future time the price would probably be higher. Still do. Does not mean that I would give them access to my bank account.

I appreciate the fact that we can have this discussion in a civilized way. It is a step up from many threads.

Good luck Rook,
Dan
