Mr. Pink, Isn't Vodafone Group PLC (VOD) dependent on this market?

Mr. Pink, I can't get any info on this MICCF. I called their number 352-457-1457 but got a message (phone service) that I must have dialed wrong.
The other number that I had gotten was 352 457 1451 same message.
There are no sec files, nothing except that last news release. I am flying blind with no way to evaluate except your written word that it will drop to 20. Do you have their correct phone # and a site that has their financials?

Thanks,
Nick

Dear Mr. Pink:
You write that you invest in merger arbitrage. What about the
MCI- Worldcomm merger? With WCOM paying $51 in stock, subject
to $29 WCOM share price collar, the spread looks interesting.
Would you consider shorting WCOM together with the MCIC purchase?
How about buying GTE?
Perhaps this deal is to "public" for our tastes :)
