CYBERKEN;
Since it is apparent you know much more about ARRS than I would you mind sharing your short and long term outlook for the combined co.
It would be especially helpful to gain info on the management people at ARRS.

While the shorterm benefit to SQNA shareholders is obvious, it sure looks to me like a great advantage to ARRS in the long run. The cash which SQNA now has plus the cash generated from announced deals looks to me like a real bonanza for ARRS.

Hopefully both co's will benefit from the merger.
Steve

<<<<<I've been out of both stocks recently, but took the opportunity to buy a position back in both after studying the deal. FWIW, the best play right now is to buy the SQNA, which appears be be at a slight discount to the prospective valuation of the new co.

.........that is funny i was just going to add to my arrs. what is it about the financials that make you choose sqna over arrs?

........it makes so much sense to have the gene discovery business in house to aid the pipeline that this will probably be a copied deal. reminds me of the time when cisco began to shop for deals, then 3 com, asnd, etc.

.......as i might buy a bit more arrs/sqna next week i would really like to hear your thoughts on valuation reasons for buying one over the other. thanks!!!!!
