Corey, I wouldn't worry about a summons showing up at your door. One thing I've learned in life, when you shine a bright light in dark corners, the nasty little creatures tend to scurry away in a hurry.

Thanks for the public service you are performing for all the lurkers. The next time someone tells them the "real inside scoop" about a stock, they just might stop and think twice.

Corey, you lie# posts are valuable reading for investors. Not so much for the Zitel value, but that these same lies are repeated over and over again by stock touts with only the names changed. When it is obvious that a company is "selling stock", you can assume that it is not paying close attention to business and is thus a good short.

A good long is a stock that has "hidden value" not yet recognized by the market. Not the case with Zitel, they even try to make points with unsigned contracts or web page update announcements. No hidden values here.
