I apologize for making that assumption about your parents. It's very unusual for a person who doesn't come from a stable marriage to have one, so I extrapolated without having the facts at hand. Congratulations on overcoming that rough start. It's true that your post struck a nerve with me, as previous posts you have made on the subject have done. I think that when you say, "I have seen things you cannot even imagine," you are making the same mistake I made. I won't go into details, either, but suffice it to say that I have seen a lot of things no child should ever see. It sounds like we both have. It really doesn't matter whether we disagree about this. I'm sure we can still see each other as good people. Please accept my apology for making assumptions, and for taking your post too personally. And let us rejoice in the fact that we are both presently in good, loving relationships with wonderful partners.
