Paul, Paul, Paul. I'd respect your posts quite a bit but I wonder if the same solid, practical, engineering attributes you possess have made it impossible for you to see the forest for the trees in this particular case. The chip industry has outstripped the software industry. Vision is needed. The year 2000 is coming. Could it be that the same few visionaries who created the PC industry, in middle age have decided to become visionaries again. Well have to wait till Monday, but I would suggest that Monday may only be a beginning. Rich
