We are going to go down today it looks like. Just when investors were getting ready to buy INTC since it is below 20, it got downgraded yesterday. The reason given is that iPad is cutting into netbook sales (uses Intel chips). However, I wouldn't say that the rich will go that far to sell their stocks to cause a market crash. However they are out in full force, taking advantage of the SC ruling on election campaign funding. And there are some Democrats who have not taken a lesson from a failed Gore election, where Gore lost by running away from Clinton and his success with the economy.
