Do those who want to build this victory tower have constitutional rights? Are they American citizens? Are they illegal immigrants? Who are 'they'? Will the State Department emmissary bring back money from the mid East to build this Victory Tower???? Whose money will build that tower???? Will the Moslums give this to America as a consolation prize? Con-Edison owns most of the property around Park Place-----will Con Ed build the tower. Now there goes a link to Avery, the son of the Con Ed President back when.
