I agree about the "very little" but I have to wonder if they get e.g. 30 cents on the dollar for some security if they will go out and buy treasuries based on the face value they "should" have gotten, thus keeping the face value of their vault at the same level. I didn't read their bs in detail, but I assume they will do something like that, and more, all secret of course.
