Andy-

I bought USRX, so my cost basis for COMS is about $35. I don't really care where my cost basis is, because it won't affect where the stock is going. In other words, whether I want to take a profit or a loss has no bearing on the stock's future direction, so it plays no part in my decision to sell. I still like the company's potential over the long term, but considering CSCO's strengthened position, it's plans to move to the consumer area, ASND's price-cutting, slow modem sales, etc., I am not comfortable with the stock over the next several months. I may be wrong. They could blow away Q2 estimates and the stock could rise to $60, but I am no longer certain about their outlook. Accordingly, I will step aside. If the stock revisits the mid-20s, I'll take another look. Besides, there are plenty of safer stocks with better potential returns than COMS. Like THQI, for instance.

>> CDSL next step after X2<< any tech people out there. How is COMS doing in CDLS? My guess is that USRX should be capable in maintaining lead in consumer modem market technology. Am I right?

BTW, I plan to keep adding to my COMS position at 38 and under.

Never had a stock be over 12% of my equity portfolio but with COMS at such ridiculusly low valuations I will stick my neck out all the way to 15%
