Yes, it has been very sharp, which begs the question if it
will last.

The coupon passes are about to start per Fed statement. The
truth is, once they do start, we won't be able to track how
much money the Fed actually creates, which begs the question
about QEII under the table, also raised here. What I mean
is that it will not be possible to track if they just reinvest
the proceeds from MBS or print. Also, MBS default obviously
amounts to printing. Roughly we can make a judgement from
the size of the coupon passes and the size of the balance
sheet, but that's all.

They said they will just reinvest the proceeds, but who
really trusts Ben with the printing press? -g-

I don't think they HAVE to announce any printing they do.
