Yeah, he said he talked to a mega rich money manager client of his recently (this was done August 3rd) and the client advised him to get out of the market. Tony is passing the tip onto his readers and then spends twenty minutes trying to justify it with economic news, et al. He then mentions that he made a similar call to buy the market in March of 2009. This client apparently made a killing in the 1987 crash and given the additional details that he mentions in the video, I wouldn't be surprised if he is Paul Tudor Jones.
