Re: The white racists that used to be major members of the Democratic party while openly racist, are numerous.

Talking of that "cotton-planter mentality", is it just me or there wasn't a single African-American guest at Chelsea Clinton's wedding party? Rumor had it that Obama and Oprah Winfrey were among the guests... but they weren't. Was there any nonwhite guest? Is Rhinebeck (where the wedding party was set) a sundown town?(*) Granted, Chelsea's father Bill has been dubbed "the first Black President" but still...

The white racists that used to be major members of the Democratic party while openly racist, are numerous. If you don't know about them already your showing your ignorance of the subject. If you do know about them and are pretending ignorance for rhetorical purposes than your not arguing in good faith.

That was 50 years ago.

The racist policies that get support from the left include affirmative action, setting up political districts by race, etc.

If you think AA is a racist policy, then you are one sick pup.

Then you have Democrats making New Black Panther party members in to poll watchers (and not going after them for voter intimidation), then you have Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, who aren't just the news of the moment but have had impact in Democratic politics for decades.

That's a blatant lie......stop watching Fox News.
