Not even Morris is curious about the crowd that went with Michelle. And if they expected to get anything out of it besides some good food. I notice none of the pictures in big media showed any of their faces.

Bubba hated camping in the Rockies? I'm surprised... would guess he'd enjoy it. Morris, though, came up with the wrong idea - if they would go back to Arkansas and hang out by a nice lake, they'd enjoy it. Or, maybe, by the big ol' Whitewater..... :)

I urged the Clintons to vacation in the Rockies — to go camping, after my polling suggested that such a trip would be much more popular to voters than splashing with celebrities in the Vineyard. They did just that in 1995 and 1996. They both hated every minute of it. But they did it, and the polls reflected their efforts. THAT'S what I was remembering recently. And one of those western camping trips had them rafting down some river with Hillary sitting petrified and green in the middle of the raft. Cause Dick Morris's polling said this would get them better PR than anything else.
