Tom, 4-7 million PER Officer is a standard minimum for S3's "size". Where are you getting your "facts". Your advice to "ignore" a class action is not good advice IMO. Any recovery is better than Zero. You can continue to trade, and pursue legal recovery.

BTW, when it comes to recovery one should look at CASH, not %'s.

There are plenty of other stocks to play as well, so I don't understand your apparent fixation to play S3. LF
